Leather bags are a must for everyone, including men. Leather bags are now available in so many different styles, materials, colours... the list goes on, that whatever your wardrobe or occasion, there is a leather bag out there for everyone!

I suspect the answer to your question would depend on what type of retailer you're working with. Retail chains are different than mom-and-pop stores. Mom-and-pop stores have greater control over discretionary policies and are more likely to be early adopters of social media. As a chain, your objective is to create a consistent experience no matter the location. And when it comes to adopting social media across a retail chain, many people consider Best Buy to be the gold standard.

Best Buy made headlines long before Twelpforce when it declared that it was going to "fire" certain kinds of customers - i.e., customers that took advantage of its generous return policies. This wasn't a knee-jerk decision - it was based on a scientific reckoning of receipt data, as described in further detail in a Harvard Business Review article.

Now the next bit is pure supposition on my part - but I suspect that Best Buy's attention to detail continued, and that cultural respect for data might have played a small role in Best Buy's early adoption of not only social media, but other merchandising and service policies.

But, as is often the case with social media, YMMV.
