UX Designer – Job Description

We’re looking for someone with 2-3 years experience in the UX/UI design and development space, who understands and empathizes with the user journey, and best practices, in building seamless experiences that result in conversions. Sound awesome? Here’s the lowdown…

Responsibilities include:

Testing

Utilizes knowledge of:

  • Analytics/user research/data
  • Conversion optimization
  • User psychology
  • Design principles
  • Landing page best practices
  • A/B/Multivariate testing practices to ideate testing ideas adhere/improve upon testing processes, create test schedules/documentation, and to oversee and implement those tests until completion.

Landing Pages

  • Works with UX team, development, paid media team, copywriters, and designers to implement and iterate conversion optimized landing pages for paid media channels.
  • Works with development and paid media to identify tracking methods and implements and tests those methods on landing pages to ensure data is being collected.
  • Implement cross browser/device testing/functionality on all pages to ensure experience is seamless across all viewing platforms.
  • Monitor user data/feedback and translating behavior to an actionable problem to be solved via testing. Making quick and impactful recommendations to address usability and experience issues that are identified via feedback channels.
  • Maintain and update landing pages per clients requests, test results, and behavior/feedback analysis data.
  • Analyzing test results and data and determining action based on results.
  • Finding opportunities to utilize tools and implementing those tools:
  • intercept surveys/polls
  • Heatmaps/click maps/user recordings
  • Qualitative user data
  • Utilize testing tools and researching for new tools that can be utilized in team process.

Education

Researching and sharing industry trends, competitors, and comparable experiences to team and educating on concepts that can be applied to our own process.

Websites

Overseeing or creating/modifying sitemaps, wireframes, content audits, preliminary user flows, user journeys, site flows and UX audits. Working with visual designers to create mock ups, ‘prototypes’ of flows and user states.

Delivers appropriate level of specification and assistance with styling code and constantly learning new techniques that can be implemented on websites, landing pages and communicate those effectively to dev team.

Additional

Utilizes skills to assist with creating, editing, implementing web/email/design/digital assets when needed.

We require:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Advertising. With relevant work experience, areas of study like user experience (obviously), web development, interactive graphic design, and CSS3/HTML5 (some PHP is a definite plus)!
  • 2-3+ years of building strategies at a digital agency handling a strong mix of different clients in different fields.
  • Varied, extensive experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Unbounce, etc).

Digital Project Manager – Job Description

We need someone who can stay focused in a fast-moving environment, keep everyone on-schedule and get stuff done.

Responsibilities include:

      • Managing the planning, organizing and implementation of complex strategic digital projects
      • Managing client expectations, including cost, schedule, and delivery of projects and campaigns, while working to ensure the ultimate success of the projects
      • Help solve marketing, customer experience and other challenges as they arise
      • Providing leadership direction to teams and individuals as needed, driving accountability and execution

What we are looking for:
