Digital Strategist


Job Description

BuzzShift is searching for someone with 2-3+ years of general knowledge in the following digital areas with a deeper specialization in preferably two:

    • Paid Media
    • Social Media
    • Content Strategy
    • SEO
    • Website & UX Design
    • Data & Google Analytics


This is a job that comes with many hats:

This position is a mix of a consultant, trends finder, investigative journalist, storyteller and digital strategist.

We require:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or advertising. With relevant work experience, areas of study like psychology, sociology, communications, etc. are great!
  • 2-3+ years of building strategies at a digital agency handling a strong mix of different clients in different fields.

Digital Project Manager



Job Description

We need someone who can stay focused in a fast-moving environment, keep everyone on-schedule and get stuff done.


Responsibilities include:

      • Managing the planning, organizing and implementation of complex strategic digital projects
      • Managing client expectations, including cost, schedule, and delivery of projects and campaigns, while working to ensure the ultimate success of the projects
      • Help solve marketing, customer experience and other challenges as they arise
      • Providing leadership direction to teams and individuals as needed, driving accountability and execution


What we are looking for:

      • Must have experience coordinating teamwork across multiple disciplines or organizations and be adept at building consensus across organizational and functional lines as well as skilled in presenting ideas
      • Must have extensive experience with managing client expectations and communicating effectively with senior management
      • Strong experience or understanding of digital marketing, design, web development, copywriting, and social media. Paid media experience and Google Analytics certification a plus.
      • Deadline and results-oriented approach
      • Transparent organizational skills
      • Familiarity with task and project-management tools a plus
      • Good understanding of marketing analytics
      • Excellent communication skills
