Being the new kid on the block in the rideshare market is no cakewalk. With industry giants Uber and Lyft dominating the customer base, we had to find a way to get traction with their newfound audience in a way that cuts through the clutter and encourages consumers to convert to a safer, cleaner, and more consistent rideshare experience.
We helped Alto get traction with their audience by providing a go-to-market strategy and implementing paid media tactics utilizing Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Apple Search. The goal was to increase membership through app downloads on their website. The campaign ran for four months, during which time we tested and optimized the ad variations and targeting parameters.
